Fixing problems
Deal with the transaction or service in front of you before starting anything new.
Wallet won't connect
Approve the connection request in an Ethereum wallet. On a phone, open the site inside the wallet's browser. If Robinhood Chain is missing, accept the add-network prompt after confirming chain ID 4663. Declining spends nothing, and your form stays filled in.
Simulation fails
- Top up ETH to cover the value plus gas.
- Lower the opening share if the cap moved.
- Make sure the counterpart is really a contract on Robinhood Chain.
- If Pons changed its economics or paused launches, prepare again later.
- Shorten anything over the Pons limits: name 64 bytes, image URL 512, description 2,048, links 256.
Transaction stuck
Look the hash up in the explorer. If it is pending, wait or speed it up from your wallet; do not fire off a fresh launch. The launch page reloads the saved hash and checks it; press Check again once a receipt exists. A reverted receipt means no coin was made, though gas was used. Dismiss a saved hash only when your wallet confirms it was dropped or replaced.
Linked pool is empty
Check whether the launch used 0% inventory, whether anyone funded the counterpart side and whether Pons has released any fees. Then look at the execution policy, route availability and whether the reserve is big enough to justify gas. Fees waiting on the Pons operator stay pending until it acts.
Data looks old or missing
A stale badge means you are looking at the last good snapshot while a provider is down. If you hit a rate limit, wait. Never sign a transaction with numbers you could not verify just to get around an outage.
